The website Son Daven serves as the official Ukrainian-language digital launchpad, investment portal, and interactive experiential catalog for Son Daven, a premium, high-tier apart-hotel and architectural resort nestled in the historic Carpathian town of Yaremche, Ukraine.

Developed by the prominent real estate development company Blago in collaboration with Grape Agency, the project is structured as a culturally rich, “investor-first” commercial concept centered on the reclamation of local heritage.

The digital ecosystem is highly celebrated across premium web curation networks for its incredible interaction design, seamlessly blending a nostalgic visual identity with high-end editorial mechanics to present luxury regional real estate.

Cultural Identity & Digital Kinetics

Instead of relying on standard corporate property templates, the platform treats the web viewport as a playground for immersive storytelling, grounding its visuals in Neo-Hutsul culture (a modern reinterpretation of the traditional ethnic groups of the Carpathian Mountains).

  • The Loading Experience: Users encounter a custom pixel-art loader featuring a walking sheep—an intentional nod to traditional Carpathian pasture life—juxtaposed with modern, razor-sharp typography.
  • Scroll-Driven Parallax: Upon loading, the site executes a highly complex, layered viewport-parallax sequence. Making downward scroll movements dynamically alters the camera’s perspective, fluidly zooming out from vast landscape artwork into cleanly structured pop-ups, dynamic component containers, and text blocks.
